For making paratha take a bowl add wheat flour and add spinach mint and green chilli paste add oil salt,carom seeds and sesame seeds and make a tight dough and make paratha.

For making sev Tomato subji take a pan add oil,mustard seeds, cumin seeds,add tomato add some water now add salt,red chilli powder, turmeric and dhaniya powder cook until tomato get softer add jaggery and finely add ratlami sev turn off the flame garnish with coriander serve hot.
