Methi Muttar Rice

Clean and wash methi and cut.

Cut onion in slices.
- 3
In a pan add oil when hot add cumin seeds onion garlic ginger paste saute till brown.

Add dry masalas and methi and Muttar and saute it for five minutes.
- 5
Add rice stir and add water keep the flame high.
- 6
When water reduce 95 % low the flame cover the lid and let it simmer for 8/10 minutes.

Your methi Muttar pulao is ready to serve it with raita curd papad or with salad
