Ingredients

  • 1/3 cupcondensed milk
  • 1/4 cupgrated coconut
  • 1 cupflour
  • 4 tbspnbutter
  • 1small egg
  • 5 tbspnsugar
  • 1/4tspn of baking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the butter with the egg & sugar in a clean bowl continuously till fluffy,add the grated coconut & condensed milk, mix & add flour until it looks like a dough.

    Wash your hands, pour a little vegetable oil, cut the mixture & mould in a circular motion, arrange in a baking try & bake at low heat.
