In a kadai heat 1tbsp butter and add onion and sauté until golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste. Once raw smells goes add tomato and cook until it’s mash well.

Add green peas and capsicum and cook until become soft.

Then add all the dry masala powder and stir well. Finally add mashed potato and chopped coriander leaves. Cook and mix well altogether. Now the Bhaji is ready.

Heat the pan and add some butter to toast the Pav bun.

Serve hot with onion and lemon.
