Ingredients

15 minutes
3-4 people
  • 1big onion bulb
  • 5small pieces of garlic
  • 1 tablespoonvegetable oil
  • 1/4-1/2cut of butter
  • 6-8steak cuts Malasugue fish
  • 1 teaspoonsalt (depends on your taste)
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper powder (depends on your taste)
  • 2egg
  • 1 tablespooncornstarch
  • 1 tablespoonworcestershire sauce (depends on your taste)

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Whisk egg, salt, cornstarch and pepper together in a small bowl. Add malasugue fish cuts into the bowl; toss and mix.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a skillet. Add coated fish and fry with medium heat until they start to firm and turn into golden brown.

  3. 3

    Remove fish and set aside for around 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Heat skillet and add butter. Stir butter until it melt then sauté garlic and onion.

  5. 5

    Add fried fish cuts and simmer it for 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    For flavor, add worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste.

  7. 7

    Serve and enjoy with hot rice.
