  • 1/4 tspgreen cardemom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Eik blender mien milk or ice cubes add kerien phir iss min sugar syrup or cardemom powder daal kar blend kar lien.

  2. 2

    Eik glass mien chia seeds, pani mien daal kar 5 minutes ke liye rakh dein jab phool Jaye tb blend Kiya hua milk iss mien add kar lien.

  3. 3

    Hasbe zarorat ice daal kar serve krein. Refreshing or bohat beneficial hai. Enjoy in iftar.
