Ingredients

  • 1/2 litremilk
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 cupwater
  • 2cardamon
  • 1 tbspmaida/all purpose flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the milk and add lemon juice or vinegar until cheese gets separated.

  2. 2

    Pour in a cloth or filter And strain the whey water completely.

  3. 3

    Knead the cheese with mild pressure and make balls. Pour 2 cup of water in a cooker With 1 cup sugar.

  4. 4

    Once sugar melt add the cheese balls and leave it upto 3 whistles.

  5. 5

    Rasgulla is ready to serve hot or chilled.
