Instant jalebi

In a mixing bowl put all-purpose flour, curd and colour, mix it by adding little water and keep aside for half an hour.

To prepare sugar syrup put sugar, cardamom powder and water in a pan and make one thread consistency on a medium flame.

Now add baking powder in the batter and slowly mix it.

Fill the batter in the piping bag or sauce bottle.

Heat oil in a pan make jalebi shape and deep fry them both sides till they turn golden in colour. Then transfer it into sugar syrup for 1-2 minutes.

Take out from sugar syrup and serve hot.
