Homemade boneless wings

Ingredients

  1. 2boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into one inch pieces
  2. 4eggs
  3. 3 cupsflour
  4. 1/4 teaspoonthe following:
  5. Onion powder
  6. Garlic powder
  7. Pepper
  8. Lemon pepper
  9. Soul seasoning
  10. Cajun seasoning
  11. Salt
  12. Oil for frying
  13. Sauces and dipping sauces if your choice

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil to 375. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces and wash. Mix all spices into flour in one bowl and beat eggs in a separate bowl.

    Dip chicken in flour, eggs then flour again and fry until golden brown. About 5 minutes.

    Toss in sauces of your choice. We did bbq, buffalo and found a bottle of Buffalo Wild Wings garlic parm sauce at Walmart along with blue cheese and ranch to dip of course!!
