Ingredients

  • 1/2 cuptamarind pulp
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1/4 tsproasted jeera powder
  • 1/2 cupjaggery
  • 1 tspdegi mirch
  • 1 tspblack salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Place all the ingredients in the pan.

  2. 2

    Add in water and stir well mix all these and continue to cook further for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add 1 tsp melon seeds then add this to a clean moist free glass bottle.

  4. 4

    Store it in the refrigerator.
