Cut the cabbage 1 cm square size. Chop the spring onion.

Make the dough. Granted the Chinese yam. Put all dough ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Take one quarter each of the vegetables & dough to another bowl. Mix the vegetables & dough well by a spoon.

Pour the dough into an oiled pan. Then cover the surface of the dough with a slice of pork belly.

Adjust the shape to a round shape with a flyback. Bake for 4 minutes.

Turn over after 4 minutes and bake for another 4 minutes. After that, turn over again and bake for another 3 minutes. Do the same for the remaining 3 servings.

Place on a plate, sprinkle with Okonomiyaki sauce, Mayonnaise, Bonito flakes, and Aosa seaweed.
