Ingredients

  • Liver
  • Beef/chicken stock
  • Turmeric
  • Carrot
  • Green pepper
  • Scotch bonnet(add if u want it peppery)
  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Spices

Steps

  1. 1

    1)Add enough water that can cook the rice to the stock..add extra spices(maggi,turmeric or curry e.t.c)put the rice in and allow to cook..in a pan put some oil add the onions and garlic first fry them a bit

    Add the carrot and green pepper then add the liver after frying for a bit add some thyme,and seasoning cube...add the rice and stirfry for about 3-5 mins...
