Steps

Mash boiled potatoes and add onions, tomatoes, garlic and ginger paste and mix well

Make small balls and then press with your palm to make it a shape

Coat with maida then dip in eggs then again coat with rusk

Heat oil in a pan or tawa, and shallow fry these kabab and enjoy
