Ingredients

  • 2eggs
  • 1ripe banana
  • 1/4 cupsugar (I used palm sugar but any kind will do)
  • 1/2 cupcocoa powder
  • 2 tbsppotato starch/corn starch

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend eggs and banana

  2. 2

    Mix sugar and cocoa powder

  3. 3

    Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Add in potato starch or any other types of flour you have on hand till the mixture is quite thick.

  4. 4

    Bake for 180 degrees for 20-25 mins. Let cool completely before cutting. Freezes well!
