Steps

Wash,peel and cut pumpkin.

Heat a pan add 1 tablespoon mustard oil after add all tadka ingredient wait for proper roasting than add pumpkin and Add Turmeric, red chilli, and salt.

Mix all spices and cover to lid and put one water bowl top on lid and cook for minimum 5 to 10 mint.

In between check and stir.cover again and cook till the pumpkin is cooked nicely. After that add grapes,rasbari, green chilli, ginger and add some water and cook 5 mint and add coriander powder and mango powder and sugar mix proper and cook 2 mint & garnish coriander leaves.
