  • Beans, par boiled
  • Rice, par boiled
  • Blended tomatoes, onions n pepper
  • Crayfish
  • Maggi
  • Spring onions
  • Palm oil
  • Fish

Steps

  1. 1

    Put pot on medium low heat add oil when hot add blended tomatoes fry till oil comes up. Add water, maggi, crayfish, spring onions and fish let it boil.

    Pour in beans and rice cook till tender.
