Ingredients

  • 2 cupsfresh milk
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 2eggs
  • 180 mlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a wok fill up water and let it boil.

  2. 2

    Take a big bowl.Beat eggs then pour milk and sugar and water. Stir until sugar dissoved

  3. 3

    Take 4 bowls and pour it evenly.

  4. 4

    Then steam it for 15 mins over a low heat.
