Cooking Instructions

Peel and slice your yams into desirable sizes,wash with salt

Put the pot on the stove and add the yam,salt and water and allow it to cook

Sieve and allow to cool down,beat your egg,with milk 2tbsp,salt to taste,black pepper and seasoning cube.

Take one yam at a time and coat with egg then bread crumbs and fried in hot oil until golden brown,turn the other side and allow it to be brown as well. It can be enjoyed with hot peppered sauce,salad or any choice of side dishes.
