Ingredients

5-6 servings
  • Bread Dough
  • 3 cupFlour (maida)
  • 1/4 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspSugar
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • 2 tspinstant yeast
  • 1 cupmilk
  • Chicken stuffing
  • 1.25 kgchicken breast (chopped)
  • 1small onion chopped
  • Little bit carrot chopped
  • Little bit capsicum chopped
  • Little bit cabbage chopped
  • 1/4 tspGinger Garlic paste
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspred chilli flakes
  • 2 Tbssoya sauce
  • 2 TbsChilli garlic sauce
  • Oil
  • For bread : 1 egg
  • Few black sesame seeds
  • Butter for brushing

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all the dough ingredients in the bowl and knead it with warm milk. Once it's done cover it with cloth and leave till it rise. Approximately 1/2 an hour.

    It rise then punch it in the middle and take it on slab by sprinkling of dry flour. Knead and fold again.

  3. 3

    Cut into 2 pieces and start preparing like we make roti.

  4. 4

    For chicken: take a pan pour oil, add onions and saute

  5. 5

    Add chicken fry for 2 kins and add all vegetables followed by garlic spices and salt. Fry and then add sauces and cover it to cook. Once it done. Take it out and make it cook.

  6. 6

    Roll the dough, make a roti and put the chicken stuffing in the centre and spread slightly.

  7. 7

    The cut like a start and give flower shape

  8. 8

    Preheat oven at 180 degree

  9. 9

    In the mean while, put the egg wash with brush and sprinkle sesame seeds.

    Place the baking tray in the oven for 40-45 mins.

  11. 11

    Once the colour turn golden take it out brush it with butter and put it back again in oven for 5 mins

  12. 12

    Once done, take ut it hot and serve to ur family with coffee or tea.
