To lose weight have it everyday as a snack, breakfast or lunch. Lunch should be the heaviest meal of the day.
Steps

Add little water (2tbsp) to the pan and then add sliced onions. Saute for 1 minute.

Add cabbage, carrot, capsicum. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.

Add magic masala, salt, pepper and saute. Then add 500 ml water. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle juice of half a lemon on it and serve hot.
