Ingredients

  • 1 cupcoconut powder
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 tspElachi / cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1 tspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat kadai, then add ghee.

  2. 2

    Add coconut powder. Fry it 2 mints add milk powder and sugar add fry it till dry.

  3. 3

    When it becomes dry turn the gas turn off add elachi powder or any edible colour if you want it cool it then give laddu shape and roll into dry coconut powder serve it.
