Whole Onions Sabji

Deep fry whole Onions, diced both capsicum.

Take oil in a same pan on Medium flame. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida and Chopped Onions. Saute it till it get golden

Now add chopped tomatoes. Saute it till it get smashy, now add green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste. Saute it till oil released. Now add salt, and all dry masala.

Saute all masala. And add water. Mix it well and let boiled. When all get incorporate add curd.

Mix it all well. Add hand crush Kasuri Methi. Mix it and let oil released from the gravy. Now add fried whole onions and capsicum in the gravy.

Close the lid for 2 min and whole Onions sabji is ready. Enjoy with any rotis, parathas or rice.
