Steps

Add oil to a pan and season 1 spoon jeera and 3 cinnamon sticks. Then add chopped onions and saute till golden brown

Add 1 spoon ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes off. Add tomato puree and saute for 2 minutes

Add chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, pepper powder and salt and fry the masalas till raw smell goes off.

Now add chopped mushrooms and capsicum and saute for 5 minutes

Now add 2 cups water and cook the capsicum and mushroom for 7 minutes till gravy thickens

Add fresh cream and crushed dried methi stir for 2 minutes and your mushroom capsicum masala is good to go with a hot pair of Rotis, chapathis and all flat breads.
