Ingredients

  • 1 cupgram flour (besan)
  • 5medium sized potatoes sliced
  • as requiredWater
  • 1 cupoil to fry
  • Forspice-
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tbspchaat masala
  • 1/4 tbspturmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1/4 tspajwain seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice potatoes (and spread on a paper).

  2. 2

    Add to besan with all the spices, mix well.

  3. 3

    Add besan with water as required and make medium thickness batter.

  4. 4

    Stir all the potatoes by dipping them in gram flour batter.
