1 cupgram flour (besan)
5medium sized potatoes sliced
as requiredWater
1 cupoil to fry
Forspice-
to tasteSalt
1/4 tbspred chilli powder
1/4 tbspchaat masala
1/4 tbspturmeric powder (Haldi)
1/2 tspcumin seeds (jeera)
1/4 tspajwain seeds

Slice potatoes (and spread on a paper).

Add to besan with all the spices, mix well.

Add besan with water as required and make medium thickness batter.

Stir all the potatoes by dipping them in gram flour batter.
