Ingredients

1.5 litres

2 cupswhipping cream
1 tin (390 grms)sweetened condensed milk
Halfteaspoon red food color
1 tablespoonstrawberry essence
1 tablespoonvanilla essence
2 tablespoonschocolate flakes (crushed chocolate)

Steps

Whip the cold whipping cream until it stiff enough to form soft peaks. This will be approximately after two minutes.

Add in the sweetened condensed milk and whip to form more stiff peaks for about 3 minutes. (Avoid whipping too much as the cream will form undesirable lumps)

Separate the cream, in one tin add the vanilla essence and the chocolate chips and mix well. In the other tin add in the strawberry food coloring and essence and mix well

Layer the two mixtures as desired and refrigerate it for at LEAST six hours or overnight if possible. Enjoy 😊
