Sometimes I get bored when baking something usual. I love chocolate but I prefer to mix it with red. And this is the result, Red Velvet Cookies. Try this. This is chewy, crunchy outside.

I adapted this recipe from a regular sugar cookie and transformed it into a delicious lemon sugar cookie recipe! They get crispy while a bit soft at the same time.
