Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupquinoa (ground)
  • 1/2 cupmillet (ground)
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 tspstevia
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 4 tbsnut milk

Steps

  1. 1

    In a standard mixer, combine all the ingredients and egg yolk.

  2. 2

    Place small molds on a parchment paper and press down. Bake for about 15 minutes. If you like it more crunchy as I do, just allow it bake to your preferences.
