Rinse 4-5 times moong dal thoroughly.Soak moong dal for overnight in enough water.Drain excess water and coursely grind it without water.Mix all the ingredients and beat the mixture continuously for 5-7 min. This will make your mangore fluffy.

Meanwhile in a wok heat oil on high flame. When oil is sufficiently heated drop small portions of mangore mixture. Put the flame to slow. Do not disturb for few minutes. Afterwards flip the sides gently and fry on medium flame till golden and crisp.

Transfer on kitchen towel. Serve immediately with chutney.
