In a large bowl take curd and sugar mix it well. Rest it for 1/2 an hour in refrigerator.

After 1/2 an hour add salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder and mix well.

When all masala cooperated wellmix boondi and keep aside.

Before serving put a bay leaf on the raita bowl place a burning charcoal on bay leaf pour ghee and hing on charcoal. Cover it immediately.

Mix chopped green chilies and coriander leaves and garnish before serving. As I have a toddler so I skip this step. Enjoy with red chilli powder if you like the flavor.
