Chole bhature
Steps
- 1
First of all, wash the chhole with water 3 times. Then soak in hot water for 2 to 3 hours. Then boil it, take out the whistle then turn off the gas and leave it to cool. Now let's prepare for Bhature.
- 2
Take wheat flour for bhature, add salt, baking soda, baking powder, oil, ghee, sugar, curd and mix everything, then add water and keep the bhatura to flour tied. Cover the flour with a samp cloth and keep it aside. Keep the flour for at least 2 hours.
- 3
Now heat oil, ghee and butter in a pan. Once it gets hot, add cumin seeds and when the cumin seeds turn red, add ginger chilli paste and cook for 7 minutes. Then add garlic paste and stir it a few times. Then add onions and cook it it turns golden brown.
- 4
Once the onion is tender, add tomatoes. Once the tomatoes are cooked, add spices. Add salt, chilli, turmeric, coriander and chhole masala to the masala and mix everything. Then let it simmer again and let it rise till the oil comes out of it.
- 5
Once the oil is released, add boiled chhole and let it rise again with gravy. Then add coriander and serve.
- 6
Now heat the oil in a pan. Take one loaf from the other side flour and weave it completely.
- 7
When the oil is hot, fry it in a frying pan. The raisins from the flour turn a little white and are made from this wheat flour so it will turn a little red but the test will be good and fry till it turns golden from side to side.
- 8
Now let's serve it. I have served it with cumin rice, jaggery, chaas, tomato salad and pickled papad if you want. So let's enjoy hot chhole bhature without talking.
