Soak the shinkafar masa overnight

Rinse and combine with cooked rice and grind till smooth

Add the flour, salt sugar and resonable quantity of the baking powder

Mixed well, sprinkle some copped onions, and keep in a warm place or under d sun for minimum of 4hrs

When the paste rises, add ur potash

Fry using masa fryer (tanda) by addin oil and then the paste to fill the hole, then flip over and fry the other side
