Ingredients

30 minutes
for four
  • For manchurian
  • 1medium cabbage
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspgreen chili paste
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala
  • 3 tbspcorn flour
  • 3 tbspmaida
  • Oil for deep frying
  • to tasteSalt
  • For gravy
  • 1medium size capsicum
  • 1/4 cupspring onions
  • 2 tspcorn starch sllury
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tbspred chilli sauce
  • 1 tbspsoya sauce
  • 1 tbsptomato ketchup
  • 1 tbspfinely chopped garlic
  • 1 tspginger Jillian
  • Hand full of spring greens for garnish salad
  • For haka noodles
  • 100noodles
  • 1capsicum
  • 1carrot
  • 2spring onions
  • 1/4 cupgrated cabbage
  • 1 tbspgarlic and ginger finely chopped
  • 1 tbspchilli sauce
  • 1 tbsptomato ketchup
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • to tastesalt

Steps

30 minutes

    Great cabbage squeeze water from it add garlic ginger chilli paste garam masala salt make dough by adding corn starch and maida don't add much other wise balls will not be soft as required

    Other side heat the oil for deep frying the balls

    Take small portion from dough mixture make medium lemon size balls and deep fry them by using all the dough

    Keep flame medium and low latter to give them brown colour take out on kitchen paper

    For gravy in a thin bottom pan if possible other wise normal pan on high flame add 1 tbsp oil add chopped garlic and ginger Julianne capsicum cutted in small cubes spring onions whites stir fry it for 2/3 minutes add chilli sauce Soya sauce and tomato ketchup make slurrry adding 2 tbsp water in 2 tsp corn starch gradually add this into the pan mix well add 1/2 cup water to adjust the consistency if you like watery gravy add more water add fried balls into it give nice stir fry to it

    Take out and serve hot garnish with spring onions greens Chinese stir fried rice hakka noodles with red chilli sauce tomato ketchup vinegar chilli cabbage carrots and spring onions salad

    For noodles in a pan add oil when hot add garlic cabbage spring onions carrots finely chopped or grated capsicum chopped in cubes

    Stir fry them add sauce all three and vinegar on high flam add boiled noodles stir fry and mix well on high flame

    Fried rice same way as noodles just add boiled rice in the place of noodles
