Grilled sour pork wrapped in betel leaves – spicy and delicious, even without grilling! I grow a variety of vegetables using water-based systems. I’ll share more about the veggies I grow and new recipes in the future. --3e https://youtu.be/U4QKIwkkIsY
Steps
- 1
Today, I picked some homegrown salad greens to enjoy with the grilled sour pork wrapped in betel leaves.
- 2
Slice the prepared sour pork (naem) to your desired size. Wash the betel leaves thoroughly, drain, pat dry, and remove the stems.
- 3
Roll the sour pork in the betel leaves. Secure with a toothpick, as they may not stay rolled on their own.
- 4
Grill or pan-sear with a little oil over medium-high heat until cooked through. Then grill the remaining sour pork until fully cooked. Serve with freshly picked side vegetables.
