Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgChicken -
  2. 1/2 kgPotato -
  3. 1/4 kgOnion -
  4. Green chilli- 6 (medium size)
  5. Black people - 1tbsp (powder)
  6. Coriander - 1/4(chopped)
  7. For chicken
  8. Ginger & garlic paste-2tsp
  9. Water little bit
  10. Salt - 1 tsp (salt to taste)
  11. For coating
  12. 1/4 cupCorn flour -
  13. 1/3 cupWater -
  14. 1 pinchSalt -

Steps

  1. 1

    First boil chicken by adding salt,ginger garlic paste,and water.Give three whistle

  2. 2

    Reduce the excess water on high flame until it becomes paste like texture. After cooling,shred the chicken

    Boil the potatoes and mash roughly

  4. 4

    Sauté the chopped onions and cool it.

    In onion,add green chillies chopped, black pepper and coriander and mix it.

  6. 6

    Then add the shredded chicken to it and give it a mix.

  7. 7

    Now add the mashed potatoes and mix it. Then make Cutlets as the shape u like

  8. 8

    Dip the Cutlets in the coating mixture and roll it in the bread crumbs. Coat it well

  9. 9

    Deep fry the Cutlets,till golden brown colour and the cutlets are ready
