First wash the rice flakes with water. Empty the water and keep it for drying.

Meanwhile cut all the vegetables and keep it ready.

Now take a kadhai. Add oil and keep it low simmer. Add tadka and then add onion, potato and then tomato in that order. Add salt. Mix well. Let it cook for 10 minutes.

Once the vegetables are cooked, add turmeric powder. Mix it well. Now add the poha and mix it well. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Mix well. Keep it on low flame for few minutes.

Now it's ready. Serve it hot. You can either add sugar or coconut grated on top of it. It adds to the taste. Some also squeeze a bit of lemon on top of it. Enjoy
