In a bowl, add coffee powder, maida, powder sugar and water. Mix well. Make sure there are no lumps.

In other bowl, add cocoa powder, sugar and milk. Mix well to make thick cream. Alternatively you can use whipped cream or chocolate sauce or chocolate ganache or any other cream you like.

Now dip marie biscuits one by one in coffee paste and form a pile of dipped biscuits on a plate. Likewise make 2 to 3 piles.

Further coat each pile with the chocolate cream and refrigerate in deep freeze for 3-4 hours.

Remove from the freezer and cut into slightly slant slices.
