Soak the raisins, cumins and coriander whole in lukewarm water and then make a paste. Chop an onion, garlic in fine slices, also chop coriander leaves.

Soak masoor dal in little water and make a dry paste. Then in this paste add onion slices, gerlic slices, half teaspoon ginger green chillies paste, chopped coriander leaves, salt,a little bit of sugar and little kalonji. Bit it,Make a medium to dry batter.

Make a paste if 1 big onion, cut the potatoes and paudwal in big

Heat the oil, with you hand take a little amount of batter and put the boras in oil and fry them till become golden

Take fresh oil, put the potatoes and patwal in oil, sprinkle some salt abd turmeric and fry it with a cover in medum to low flame...Until they become half done.then take them out from kadai.

In rest oil add tejpata, two splited green chillies and whole jeera. After the good smell comes add ginger chilli's paste, after a moment add onion paste, add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and saute, add tomatoes and saute...After all the tomatoes are done add the rasin whole spies paste...And saute it..In this stage you have to sprinkle little water now and then to make the mix smooth, the whole process will be done in low flame.

After the oil comes out from masalas then put the potato and padwal and mix them properly with masalas. Add little bit sugar(optional) Put little water...When the gravy will tend to be medium dry put all the fried boras, two or three whole green chillies and cover it.

When the gravy will be done, put off the flame and add ghee and little bit gorom masala paste or powder.Cover it for some time to let the boras soke the gravy.
