Torta salata di speck, caprino e asparagi

Preheat oven to 180. Roll pastry out into a round aluminum tray. Prick with a fork and blind bake for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile beat eggs and cheese together

Add speck to the eggs. Remove pastry from oven. Pour the mixture in. Add asparagus tips and brush the edges with a little egg from the mixture. Bake for about 30 mins

Leave to cool on a wire rack before serving 😊
