Pour flour and baking powder into a bowl

Add the butter and rub it into the flour until it resembles bread crumbs

Add the sugar, sultanas and shredded coconut. Combine and mix well

Add the egg, milk and vanilla extract. Mix lightly. If the mixture is a bit stiff add a little more milk

Using an ice cream scoop, arrange on a lined cookie sheet and place in a 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 176 degrees Celsius preheated oven.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
