A traditional sumptuous savoury snack from Gujarati cuisine...is easy to prepare with few ingredients.
Steps

Wash and soak channa dal and urad dal together for 6 hours.

Grind soaked dals in wet grinder to little coarse batter.

In batter add green chillies ginger paste,salt, sugar and lemon juice. Mix well. Add eno salt and mix gently. Pour into grease square tin.

Steam channadal khaman dhokla for 12-15 minutes.

In tadka pan add heat oil,add mustard seeds, cummin seeds, white sesame seeds as it splutter add curry leaves and asafoetida. Pour this tadka on steamed Channadal Khaman Dhokla. Cut into squares pieces and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Serve/ Relish Delicious Channadal Khaman Dhokla with tea/coffee.
