Khaddo ka parantha(broken toor daal parantha)

Grind the toor daal into small pieces (do not make it into a powder).

Wash and keep it for half an hour.

Mix wheat flour, washed daal, chopped onion, chopped garlic, green chilli,ajwain and all the dry spices and knead with water.
- 4
Make thick parantha with the dough and use mustard oil for parantha. Khaddo ka parantha is ready,enjoy with achaar and dahi.
