Ingredients

six parantha
  • 1 bowlToor daal -
  • 1 bowlAata -
  • 1Onion - big
  • 6 clovesGarlic -
  • 1 tea spoonAjwain -
  • 1/2 tea spoonTurmeric powder -
  • 1 tea spoonChilli powder -
  • Salt - As per taste
  • 1 tea spoonGaram masala -
  • 1Green chilli -
  • Oil for parantha

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind the toor daal into small pieces (do not make it into a powder).

  2. 2

    Wash and keep it for half an hour.

  3. 3

    Mix wheat flour, washed daal, chopped onion, chopped garlic, green chilli,ajwain and all the dry spices and knead with water.

  4. 4

    Make thick parantha with the dough and use mustard oil for parantha. Khaddo ka parantha is ready,enjoy with achaar and dahi.
