Ingredients

  1. For Aam Panna Concentrate
  2. 1raw mango
  3. 8-9Pepper corn
  4. 1 inchGinger piece
  5. 3green cardamom
  6. 1 cupwater
  7. 1 tbspfennel seeds (soaked)
  8. 1/2 cupsugar
  9. 3 tbspwater
  10. 1/4lemon for lemon juice juice (so sugar will not crystallized)
  11. 1 tbsproasted Cumin powder
  12. 1/2 tspBlack Salt
  13. 1/4 tspmint powder (homemade) (fresh mint leaves can be use)
  14. For Aam Panna Drink
  15. As neededAam Panna Concentrate
  16. As neededIce cubea
  17. As neededChilled water

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and peel the mango. Diced it. Put into a pan add pepper, ginger.

    Cardamom, water. Put on low flame. Cover it cook till mango becomes smashy. Fennel seeds get soaked.

    Take another pan add sugar water. Get it boil squeeze lemon. Get sticky sugar syrup. Off the flame.

    Take a grinding jar add Soaked fennel seeds, cooked mango pulp with ginger, Pepper and cardamom. Add Roasted Cumin Powder.

    Mint powder. Grind it in smooth paste. Add to the sugar syrup. On the flame low. Mix it well

    Clean jar with little water add to the mixture. Get it boil for a min. Add black salt. Mix it. Off the flame.

    Let it cool completely. Now strain it. Pour it into a jar or bottle. It can be stored in refrigerator for months.

    For drink: take a serving glass add 3-4 tbsp of concentrate, ice cubes and chilled water. Ready to serve. Enjoy the summerzz
