Soak mung, muth,green peas, kidney beans overnight. Pressure cook for 2 whistle.

Now heat oil in pan, once hot add asafoetida, then add finely chopped onion, then garlic, saute till onion becomes translucent. Now add tomatoes and cook for a while. Once oil separates add turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander cumin powder, misal masala, salt to taste and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Then add cooked dals. And cook for 5-6 minutes. Now add 1 tsp lemon juice, coriander leaves. Now crush with hand blender. And add cheese before serving.

Cut bread slices into small pieces. Bake them till little crispy.

Now for serving, add cheese into misal, and serve with bread slices, and namkeen of your choice.
