Ingredients

  • 1salted eggs yolk (steamed/ mashed)
  • 50gm- 100gm salted butter
  • leafCurry
  • 1potato (sliced)

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel of potato skin and strip it in slices

  2. 2

    Heat oil to pan and fry the potato (put aside)

  3. 3

    Put the butter to pan, put the salted egg and curry leave (stirring for 1 min) add in the potato and stir for 1 min (ready to served)
