Firstly, take a platter add wheat flour, semolina, rice flour(your choice),Salt and refind oil. Mix them well. Add little water & Knead a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 20mins.

Take a bowl and grate paneer, add fine chopped capsicum, onion, green chilli and green Coriander leaves. Now, add oregano herbs, chaat masala, red chilli Powder and salt mix them well.

After 20mins, divide dough into small balls. make sure they are smooth. Take one ball and keep rest covered.

Take one ball and dust it with dry flour or oil. Roll it to very thin circle. Apply thin layer of water on sides.

Now, put some stuffing on side. Cover the stuffing and make a tight rolls. Press gently.

Heat oil in a shallow pan. Cook till rolls are crisp from both sides. Keep heat at low. Ready to serve hot veg aata patties rolls.
