2ripe Bananas
1 cupMilk
8-9Almonds
1/4 cupChia Seeds(Soaked)
1 tspHoney
2Grated Almond(For Garnishing)

In a mixture jar,add chopped banana,almond,honey,some soaked chia seeds,milk and grind it well.

Pour it in a serving glass. Add some more chia seeds and grated almond. Serve it.
