Ingredients

2 servings

1 cuprice flour
2 tspclarified butter(ghee)
3 tspsugar
2 tspfresh cream
1crushed cardamom
1 cupwater
Chopped dryfruits

Steps

1

Heat ghee in a pan,add rice flour and stir for 2-3 minutes on low flame until it turns golden.

Now add water,fresh cream and sugar,mix it nicely and stir continuously till it looks like dough.

Finally add crushed cardamom and chopped dryfruits.

Rice Flour Halwa is ready to serve.
