Make baisan batter by mixing red chilli powder,salt,haldi,zeera in baisan.add water gradually & make a smooth paste without lumps.not runny not too thick.chop green part of springonion very fine & add in batter.

Beat dahi well.add cutti lal mirch & salt in dahi & mix well.

Take 2-3 bread slices.torn in pieces by hands.

Add bread pieces in dahi & soak for 2-3 min.

Heat oil at medium.take out bread piece from dahi & dip in baisan batter & add in oil one by one

Fry dahi ky pakoray in oil at medium flame.let them cook from one side fully only then turn to other side.do not use spoon often as bread is already soft it might get break in oil.

Once fried completely, take out from oil at kitchen towel.serve hot with tea & enjoy with cokkpad.
