Vanilla cake in frying pan

Take a big bowl add oil,milk and sugar and mix it till it becomes a little bit fluffy.

Now add all dry ingredients, tutti-frutti and mix it in one direction for 2-3 minutes and prepare a pouring consistency batter.

Grease the pan with oil nicely and transfer all the batter into it, sprinkle some muskmelon seeds and bake it by covering the lid for 25 minutes or until it's not perfectly baked.

Check the cake by inserting the toothpick or knife, if it comes clean cake is ready, otherwise bake it for more 4-5 minutes and keep it aside for cool down.

Cut into pieces and serve it.

Cake is ready to serve.
