Dahi baray is my favorite.... And this is my mom's recipe. My mom made it for aftari it's too yummy, fluffy and juicy.....

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSoaked moong daal
  2. Salt as your taste
  3. Oil for frying
  4. 1 cupand 1/2 cup Yougurt
  5. 4 tbssugar
  6. 1/2 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Soaked moong daal for 3 to 4 hours.. Now grind moong daal in a grinder....

    After grind it add salt mix it.. Heat oil... And put baray in oil one by one fry it until it golden brown in colour.... Now after fry add in baray in water soaked it for 5 minutes.. After 5 minutes squeeze out water from baray...

    In a bowl add yogurt, salt, sugar mix it then add baray in it mix it... Now dahi baray is ready to be eat....
